Absinthe Cocktails
Choose your Absinthe:
Lucid® Absinthe
Bloody Fairy
Ingredients:
1 oz Lucid Absinthe
4-6 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
3 Dashes Salt & Pepper
3 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
4-6 oz Fresh Tomato Juice
Garnish
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high ball or pint glass, Gently mix by rolling ingredients with a few cubes of ice Back and forth between mixing tins, add your favorite Bloody Fairy garnish.
Corpse Reviver #2
Ingredients:
¼ oz Lucid
1 oz Big Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz Triple Sec
Directions:
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass; Lemon peel zest (Optional)
Lucid Frappe
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Lucid
1 ½ oz chilled water
Crushed Ice
Mint Sprigs
Directions:
Add Lucid, chilled water and ice to a goblet glass and stir well with barspoon OR shake and strain over fresh crushed ice. Top with more ice and garnish with 2-3 fresh mint sprigs.
Lucid Mule
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Lucid
½ oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Ginger Beer Soda
Directions:
Make as you would a traditional Moscow Mule, but substitute 1 oz Lucid for the vodka. Can be made with lemon or lime juice, but recommend lemon for balance; Recommend Carribean Style Spicy Ginger Beer Soda; Fresh basil leaves or lemon for garnish (Optional)
